Step 1. Access to Account Settings on Roblox

Go to Settings > Account Info > Verify My Age (make sure your birthday is right).

Step 2. Start Identity Verification

Tap the Start Session > Begin Verifying. Prepare a government-issued ID (e.g., a driver's license, passport, national ID, or residency card), and then select which country your ID card is from.

For example, we choose a driver’s license. Take a clear photo of your ID’s front side, and next scan the barcode on the backside.
